Unusual Wedding Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian's permission to take part and to be awarded prize. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
4. Competition closes 31.10.07.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. To enter log on to www.visitscotland.com/scottishwedding, submit the description of your unusual wedding and upload a maximum of 2 images to support your description.
7. All entries received will be entered into a competition to win the following: a 2 night stay at The Boatshed, Ardanaiseig Hotel, Loch Awe for 2 people sharing including bed and breakfast, plus dinner on one evening. Transport to and from the hotel is not included.
8. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.
9. Prize is subject to date availability and must be taken between 01.02.08 and 30.04.08.
10. Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
11. The winner will be the writer of the description of the most unusual Scottish wedding in the opinion of an independent judge and they will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prizewinner may be required to participate in publicity.
13. All descriptions and images entered into the competition may be used for PR purposes by the promoter and other related 3rd parties connected to the promotion of this competition and its results.
