What's new for Scottish Weddings

A story even more romantic than The Notebook comes to Scotland...

A couple in love searching for the perfect place to get married, could not decide on a venue, so decided that their nuptials would be slightly different. How?  By having a wedding ceremony in each country they visit!

Almost two years ago, Alex Pelling and Lisa Gant threw caution to the wind, packed up all their possessions and set off on a journey of a lifetime to exchange vows in the most unusual and unique wedding locations in the world.

They have had 38 wedding ceremonies so far including a ceremony officiated by Martha Stewart in New York and a tropical wedding in Hawaii, and are now coming to Scotland.

Alex and Lisa have teamed up with Crear in Argyll to experience an intimate taste of Scotland in a Wee Wedding. They?ll be piped down to the beach by the entire Mid-Argyll Pipe Band, where they'll marry overlooking the Isles of Islay, Jura and Gigha and the coast of Ireland.
